In 2021, amidst the challenges of a global pandemic, a dynamic power couple, Angie and Moe, embarked on a mission to bring a unique culinary experience to our community. Determined to stand out in today's fast-paced world of online ordering and quick food deliveries, they envisioned something truly special. Their journey began at local farmers markets, and with passion and dedication, they've since grown to operate a thriving food truck, provide catering services, and offer convenient delivery and pickup options.

The heart of Angie's and Moe's offerings lies in their secret recipe sofrito, a meticulously prepared blend of aromatic ingredients that infuses their dishes with both depth and traditional flavor. Complementing this is Moe's exceptional talent for creating homemade sauces, particularly his renowned Mango Habanero sauce, crafted from homegrown habaneros. Their unwavering commitment to homemade, unique flavors not only distinguishes them but also led to the prestigious recognition as 'Best Empanadas on Long Island' in the Bethpage Best of Long Island awards.

An integral part of Angie's and Moe's ethos is their collaboration with other local vendors and support for small businesses. To mention a few, this collaborative spirit is showcased in their vegan mushroom empanadas, made using mushrooms sourced from South Shore Mushrooms @larryssmushrooms, and their delightful dessert rainbow cookie empanada, created in partnership with @baked.de.lyss.cious. These collaborations not only enhance their menu but also strengthen the local community.
